Dr. Darrington was born and raised in Idaho Falls and is delighted to be practicing dentistry in his hometown. He prides himself in taking exceptional care of patients and strives for the highest level of care with every procedure.

Dr. Darrington attended Brigham Young University on a ballroom dance scholarship, and received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management. During his undergraduate degree, he served as a program director for the Y-serve organization, made the Marriott School Dean’s List, and was admitted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Society. He also joined the Share-A-Smile Foundation where he assisted dentists in providing free care to low income individuals in the Provo/Orem area.

Dr. Darrington received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University on scholarship through the Idaho Dental Education Program. While in dental school he served as a member of the Healthy Smiles Foundation where he provided dental care services to address existing oral health care disparities within elementary schools in the greater Omaha area. Dr. Darrington is also currently a member of the Idaho State Dental Association, the Upper Snake River Dental Society, the LDS Academy of Dentists, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Darrington is married to the love of his life and has three amazing kids. He enjoys spending time with family, camping, cheering on the BYU football team and perfecting his dad jokes.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am the Office Manager and Front Desk Admin at Sandcreek Dental. I was born in California and moved to Idaho when I was 10 years old. I graduated Highland High School in Pocatello in 2006 and studied Business Management and English at Idaho State University. In 2012 I married my best friend, Randy, and we moved to Coeur d' Alene. From there, we relocated once to Helena, Montana, and then in 2016 to Idaho Falls. In January 2020 we welcomed our first child, Vanessa. She is the sunshine in our life, and along with our dog, Cocoa, we enjoy spending time outdoors and with family and friends. I began working at Sandcreek Dental the week after moving to Idaho Falls. I had prior experience in the dental field while living in Montana, and it was a field I quickly fell in love with. I started at the Front Desk, spent time working in the back assisting, and then transferred back to the front desk when I came back from maternity leave. I very much enjoy the work I do for our patients and staff. We have a couple amazing doctors here as well as fantastic and well trained staff.
